Haxly Cutting Service Terms – Database
– HAXLY SMARTFILMS is responsible for providing the supplies (film-sheets of hydrogel material TPU compatible with plotter model WIBO or similar).
– THE CLIENT is responsible for requesting the supplies from HAXLY SMARTFILMS. Which can be done through the designated commercial or from the official website: www.haxly.store
– HAXLY SMARTFILMS is responsible for providing the cut balance for the plotter management system. The number of hydrogel films purchased by THE CLIENT is assigned in the plotter system . The cuts assigned to the WIBO cutting plotter will be linked to the purchase volume of each client, that is, those that appear in the purchase documents, being able, by prior agreement, to vary the aforementioned cut volume depending on the operation of each client.
– THE CLIENT must know that the loaded stock corresponds to the quantity of hydrogel films purchased from the distributor HAXLY SMARTFILMS. You can only use films from our brand (HAXLY SMARTFILMS) and they will be activated only when you purchase it with HAXLY SMARTFILMS. Example: if you buy 50 hydrogel films, 50 units will be charged to your stock, which equals to 50 cuts on your account. If you want to make more cuts you will need to purchase more films.
– Most boxes of Haxly Mobile hydrogel film contain 50 units. With each those boxes, 55 cuts will be loaded with 10% of additional cuts for tests and/or errors* of THE CLIENT. This means 5 more cuts of the 50 films for each box.
– THE CLIENT must use the cutting plotter correctly, not manipulating any of its components, whether they are hardware or software, or they will lose the guarantee provided by HAXLY SMARTFILMS. In case of any problem, contact your distributor.
– THE CLIENT will receive initial training on the correct use and handling of our products (ex. Wibo plotter and its supplies for front and rear hydrogel films). This training will be provided by a technical-commercial by telematic means one of which is Haxly’s YOUTUBE channel.
– THE CLIENT will have video tutorials at their disposal to install Wibo and HAXLY protective films.
– The Wibo Haxly plotter warranty is 24 months. The repairs, during this timeframe, will start from the date of the sales invoice to the customer, without charge for the latter, as long as the fault detected had been caused by a manufacturing defect within normal and current use of the property in question.
Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, grants goods of a durable nature a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within 14 days of becoming aware of it.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when appropriate, or materials subject to wear due to normal use are not included. In those cases that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair or replacement of the item, reduction or return will be chosen, by the legally established terms. For any guarantee management, it is essential to present the sales document.
– With the purchase of the Wibo plotter THE CLIENT acquires the HAXLY support service. It includes support and business advice. Access to periodic actions and incentive plans, monitoring of cuts and replacements. Software, model and operating system updates with new improvements. And the know-how of a brand with presence in more than 13 countries.
