Package delivery
The packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through MRW with tracking number and delivery without signature in the case of Spain, in territories such as the UK, Germany, France, Italy our other countries shipments can take up to 6 business days, through DHL, TNT, UPS. If you prefer certified shipping, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Return policy, refund and right of withdrawal.
We want our return policy to be as clear as possible. Below we summarize the most important points and below we do it in full detail. If you still have any questions, feel free to contact our support center. We will be happy to assist you. Items that can be returned or exchanged: All except those contemplated by law, such as those related to personal care, health and hygiene, food…, you can consult them at the end of this section: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Notice periods for return: 14 calendar days in case of withdrawal, 24 hours in case of poor condition of the product. After these deadlines, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. As long as the purchase is for an individual, not for a professional and/or company. Conditions in which a product can be returned: in the same state in which they were delivered, new, unused and with their original packaging. Expenses: The shipping costs to return your item or financial costs are borne by the customer. Refund: in the same way in which the order was made. Necessary steps to carry out the return: it will be informed by our staff when making the claim. It is of the utmost importance that at the time of receiving the order the client inspects all the packages and in case of any damage, it must be recorded on the delivery note that is returned signed to the delivery staff. The customer can also reject the product by writing down the reason on the delivery note, and if you notify us as soon as possible, we will try to replace it, as soon as possible. By signing the delivery note, the customer assumes responsibility for the product. In the specific case of delivery at street level, the client assumes the incidents that may occur, both in the delivery to the home and in the installation of the product. In case of hidden damage inside, you must notify it within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of receipt of the order at your home. Outside this period, Casapicco SL is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Tests may be requested. The order must be prepared for return in its original condition and packaging within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of notification of the damage at the place of delivery selected by the customer at the time of placing the order.
The corresponding refund will be made by the same means that the purchase was made.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
We remind you that there are a series of exceptions in which there is no right of withdrawal, contemplated in art. 103 of the TRLGDCU, these assumptions being: • Letter a) of art 103 of the TRLGDCU: The provision of services, once the service has been completely executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment by you that you are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, you will have lost your right of withdrawal. In our case, the above assumption applies when a device is accompanied by an installation service. As long as they keep the original packaging and are in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation. There are some exceptions and certain deadlines to be able to make the return. Take a good look at the time of return that you do not include any foreign product. Keep in mind that we will not be responsible for it and neither the product nor the corresponding amount will be returned. This will also apply to items such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, etc…, devices in which you have registered, activated the security features, geolocation or patterns, since the initialization of these devices requires the prior and voluntary registration of your personal data, which are stored in the terminal’s memory. Any obligation to return benefits (the product by the client and the price by Casapicco SL) must be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, counting, with respect to the client, from the moment Casapicco SL is informed of the exercise of your right of withdrawal and with respect to Casapicco SL, from the moment in which, having been notified of the withdrawal in the form and timeframe, you receive the returned product at its facilities.”
